The J505 is a current regulator designed for demanding applications in test equipment and instrumentation. The J505 utilizes the JFET techniques to produce a single two-leaded device which is extremely simple to operate. With nominal current ranges from 0.24 mA to 4.7 mA, the J505 will meet a wide array of design requirements. The low-cost TO-226A package ensures a cost-effective design solution. The applications of it are Constant-Current Supply, Current-Limiting, Timing Circuits.
